Golf lovers can now get their own dedicated broadband service complete with on-demand coaching and lessons.
Professional Golfers Association Broadband will be available from mid-November.

Several football clubs, including Manchester United and Chelsea, already offer own-branded broadband services.

The competition between broadband providers is at fever pitch as more and more people make the switch to high-speed net services.

Viatel, the company behind PGA Broadband, has already rolled out services for Manchester United and Chelsea football clubs plus three Scottish clubs - Hibernian, Hearts and Motherwell.

I really don't see why golf fans need their own broadband service any way, what is wrong with the standard broadband service, can it not deliver golf related info ?

its just a marketing tool, if you like golf you'd give most things golf-related a quick peek and its the same with the advertsing.
