Good GeoIP for mobile

Hi!

Does anyone use something like this:
MaxMind - Web Services
to get users City?
Also i have read about this
Geolocation API Specification
but as i know, it needs user permission to get location.

What are you using?

I used to use maxmind, but some geo it doesn't accurately display it. There's also a paid maxmind, but I never tried using it

Well I tried using it but never succeeded. Maxmind. I think the best is the paid version.
