Google Adsense Disabled. :(

So, I recently got google adsense, and have implemented it on 3 of my sites...before a month went by, and before I got my validation code in the mail. Google deactivated my account, for misuse. :(

I had hired a webmaster to do some SEO work on one of my sites, but from what he told me he did everything within the code and regulation (I have worked with him in the past, and I believe him).

I filled in the petition to get my account reinstated, but they responded with the generic sorry but after your response we still banned your account for invalid activity.

I have tried emailing them back a 2nd and 3rd time, but have gotten no response.

Does anyone know of anyway to get your account reinstated with them? From what they said, once you are banned you are not allowed to reapply for another account ever.

Any advice, or help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I doubt that you'll ever be reinstated. I have heard of that happening once or twice but it's rare and you have to produce exceptional proofs to Google.

Google will not tell you why you're banned because that would provide information for others to get around their ToS.

But what you can do is go through their guidelines and look to see what you have violated.

Most common reasons for accounts being banned:

  • unnatural clicks on ads
  • clicks on ads coming from your IP address
  • text urging people to click on ads
  • exceeding the limits for number of ads on a page
  • content that is disallowed by AdSense
  • disguising/blending ads in a manner that could encourage accidental clicks by appearing to be part of the text on the page

I was told by the guy who was doing the seo that there were unnatural clicks coming in from bots on the site, and that he wrote a script to block it.

all the other reasons I did not do.

The question, what do I do now? if I am permanently blocked from them, how i get reinstated? and what other options are there? Aside from bing, and yahoo, which I hear are not as good. :(

That sounds fishy at best. How did the bots get there? and why would they be clicking your ads?

It's not likely Google will reinstate you and the ad publishing for Bing and Yahoo are usually not available for sites outside the US.

That leaves non-search engine advertisers like:

  • Adbrite
  • AdEngage
  • Azoogle
  • Chitika
