So nice to see the Official Google Webmaster Blog focus on local! Tons of great advice with guidelines and tips for making location pages that are discoverable and crawlable and stress schema.

They also today launched support for a new preferred phone# schema.

Totally appreciate the share and updates on this trend. It was one of those grey areas that needed to be spelled out to clarify the guidelines on reviews. The information regarding giveaways or incentives for a customer review still seems murky, however. Thanks for covering some of that on the Local Search Forum. Thanks for the info!
