Graphic Text Help Needed PLZ

Hey guys, I'm hoping some one can help me out here for free with a small
graphic text project.

I want the following .png image file changing to suit my needs:

I need the above image to be exactly the same in dimension wise, so on only reading as follows:

Resonate Seo
Resonate Seo Web Directory

& then possibly change the following image to read the same also, just on a smaller scale:

Do you want someone to make this logo for you or you need instructions how to do it?

Do you have Photoshop?

Also I don't understand which text you want to change: "Barracuda" or small slogan?

Btw you should change slogan color - it's not readable...

Sorry skinner should have been more specific, its for my new directory the , as you can see these image files are for main-logo & footer, personally i cant do text editing from .png but all i need is for the word "Barracuda" to change to "Resonate Seo" & "Collaborative Directory Software" to "Resonate Seo Web Directory".

As for the colors, on the directory itself it looks very good.
