Yup, pretty much a blackhat-only tool. Any website you use it DIRECTLY on should be a churn n burn site.

If you want to use it with long term rankings in mind, you should use it as tier 2 / tier 3 in order to boost your contextual tier 1 / tier 2 links.

Better to make backlinks manually rather than automatic. Play safe
