Has anyone else experienced ClickBank not allowing them to open an account?!

This is the message I received from them today:

Thank you for your interest in ClickBank! Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account at this time. Regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions at this time.

They didn't exactly provide much explanation! I have emailed them back to enquire why.

I tried setting up my account with my India address/banking details.
