I rarely promote health and wellness becuase it has inundated my life for the past 28 years. What do you consider upstate? Fingerlakes, Syracuse? Watertown? Massena? ........ or are you a Catskills, West Point, White Plains, Newburgh type of upstater?

I was in Glens Falls but relocated to the Watertown Area. 30 Minutes from Canada is the most north I can get. LOL!

Glens Falls is beautiful country, up near Lake George. I love the Adirondacks, I tend to go a bit further north to Lake Kushaqua and Rainbow Lake.

Alex Bay, Massena, Ogdensburg, and Gouverneur are further north than Watertown. But you are up there in the snow belt and close to Tug Hill.

I grew up in Liverpool, but now live in Waterloo. I went to Co then NV for 20 years (76 to 96).
