Why do you think so? You may upload some paid templates or premium content and ask users to make some action in order to download the image.

We can do this but remember all good adult forums don't like this action & can ban our host to do so. They always like less ads and user friendly image host.

So you're mostly into adult theme. Well, that's make quite harder. Pop traffic + AM on adult theme (like PINs) would work.
