How targeted is your traffic and how are you generating it

Is the ad/link/product more conducive to info seekers or buyers? Some types of info/ads/products just attract more looky-loos.

now i am just letting it come from my key words. and meta tag links
Have not Started ad Words campaign yet

Don't know I am new at this site building. I am using WP Robot and CJ for the affiliates,

I am marketing health vitamins fitness, muscle building on one site and computers and consumer Electronics on the other

Ads are banner not using text links
