Hello, I have a site for the United Kingdom.
I'm looking for free sites for Optimisation (press release).

you need to work on article press release and submit well, if you are doing all work well this is not matter if press release website is from UK or not. just work , article submission, press release, social bookmarking create blogs, squidoo, hubpages. all will help to increase your website ranking.

thanks, but the approval time for the press releases are very long.
I insert press releases from July and nothing yet approved.
