Help me, looking for traffic for site?

I own one of the largest lead and data brokerages in the world.

I have clients who spend vast amount of leads.

I am however not in the knowledge of how scaleable this could be but fundamentally they have to go a landing page for Forex Investment and sign up on the contact form as a lead. I can build art work for it however i am trying to see if there is any one hear who has this kind of traffic first. To agree a CPL deal???

Its not just Australian investor leads, I will nearly every country on this planet as long as they can speak English?
