Help! Need help marketing my website

Hello! I'm from the Philippines but I have a website which targets the European market (specifically the UK). The website features mobile contents such as wallpapers and mobile episodes. Does anyone know how I can promote my site through the net without having to shell out too much money? (Banner ads can be so expensive.)
