Hello,
I am one of the co-founders of KARTIE an ecommerce one-stop shopping solution designed to help people save time and money. KARTIE is more than just a deal finder; it's a smart shopping assistant. KARTIE is currently integrated with five major stores: Walmart, Amazon, Target, eBay and Kroger. We have been approved as a Walmart and eBay Affiliate and earn commission through their program.
KARTIE is a game-changing shopping tool that simplifies online shopping by comparing prices across multiple retailers, creating and managing multiple shopping carts, and optimizing savings with our Smart Savings AI feature. By streamlining the shopping process and uncovering hidden deals, KARTIE empowers users to make informed decisions and save time and money.
Today we are using the RedCircle API to access the Target data which is slow and costing us money. But most importantly it is NOT part of the Target affiliate program. we have been trying over 2 years to apply for Target affiliate program, but we are getting rejected in 5 minutes without a reason.

I have been trying to find an email or someone to reach out at Target in the affiliation program that can help, every time we email the targetpartners we get the same answer below.

Can anyone help? or does anyone has another contact that I can reach out to?

"
Your Application to Join Target has been Declined
Thank you taking the time to apply to the Target Affiliate Program.

At this time, we regret to inform you that your application to join the program has been declined. Please note that not every promotional method or website is a fit for the program."

I tried to reach out to some of them on LinkedIn no success yet.
I reached out also to their affiliates email.
How can I get their contact on skype, telegram or whatsapp? do you have an idea how?

You ARE getting a reason. Their response states clearly that "that not every promotional method or website is a fit for the program.".

That is exactly what I concluded when reading the FAQ's accepted practice for promotion. You and your site are not a good fit.
In reading their FAQ's your business model doesn't fit their expectations, requirements, and/or acceptable practices.

Additionally, it can also be exacerbated by what your site looks like, how it functions, how professional it may be, or especially not be.

we are using the RedCircle API to access the Target data

This does not seem to be congruent with what they describe as an acceptable practice when using the data on a comparison (aggregate) site.

Also, your application is going through Impact Affiliate Management for approval, not through Target directly, and I'll bet that they don't permit the aggregate comparison model you use. There is nothing I've read that would suggest they see that as an acceptable practice and/or model. It seems to me that one would research for competitors doing aggregate promotions with them before applying, and/or contacting them before applying to confirm your funnel(s) and business model fell into their acceptable processes.

It seems to me, they simply do not want to be included in aggregate sites. Didn't you research this first?

Thanks TJ.
What do you think about the attached message rejection? what is your analysis to it?

what is your analysis to it?

As I surmised earlier in this thread. Your site does not meet the standard requirements.

"MPUA standards refer to the Minimum Publisher User Agreement standards that Impact.com enforces to ensure quality and compliance within its partner ecosystem."

If you go to the URL displayed on that message you will likely see a more defined representation of the user agreement.

There other items that may be causing this also.

Do you have an SSL?

Have you checked the domain and IP reputations?

Are them email addresses on your site a match to the domain of the site?

Do you have the lawfully required disclosures on your site? (Privacy, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Do you have a TOS on the site?

Also, Target states clearly in their FAQ's that to be approved your site must have the majority of its traffic coming from the U.S.
