I know this banner exchange site has been around for some time, I remember using them about 5 year ago: UK Banner that said, it does not necessarily mean are good or bad.
I think I remember you asking for suggestion as to how to build traffic to your website in another thread. In addition to what you are already doing (link exchange etc) try and build as many one way link to your website with the appropriate anchor text. Also consider submitting your website to as many quality web directory as possible.
Your site appears to be new, try not to trip the Google sandbox radar. If you don't know what sandbox is do a search, I think OWG did a post on sandbox a while back.

Ah yes, i did register with ukbanners.co, added the code etc, but my login wouldn't work when i tried to get into my account.
I sent an email to support, but it has been about a week now with no reply
Anyway, i'm currently using e-bannerx.com. They are pretty good, but i was just looking for something more UK based.
