Help with H1, H2, H3 tags

My website builder won't let me edit my headings for some reason. I contacted my host and they basically told me that they don't help with scripting issues. When I go to veiw source they are there but they are blank. So my question is this. How much is this affecting my serps?

Are you saying that when you go to view source you see H1 headings but there is nothing between the H1 tags?

If you can edit your source code - that would help if you put your KWs in your headings. But as Minstrel pointed out, is there anything between the H1 tags?

having h1, h2, h3 are one of the most essentials for a onpage optimization.
