You can go two ways.
Option #1 free traffic
Create killer content around a money hungry niche like weight loss or making money online. Could be a blog, Youtube channel, whatever. Focus on keywords that have buy intent like reviews and mix those up with valuable info, providing value to your target audience.
This takes time and hard work, but hardly any money up front. If your content is better or more unique than your competitors, you'll start to get traffic and that traffic can be converted into sales and leads, by promoting affiliate offers to them within you content.
Option #2 paid traffic
For this option you'll need a bigger budget, but scaling is easier.
You can go two ways.

- Create campaigns and setup tracking
- Start running and testing
- Optimize by cutting bad performing landers, offers, creatives, etc.
- Optimize those that perform well and keep testing
- Optimize traffic sources, targeting, placements, bids
- Scale winners
- Start new campaigns
- Get money
- Get lambo
- Get bitches
- Live happily ever after
