Hi there, how do i get affiliates

Well, more spaific, ive opend my own network and it was harder than i thought i have plenty of small-mid sized affiliates however according to the rules i cant advertise here so i wont. My question is you guys how do i get good affiliates?

My network pays on a net 30 basis, its a freebie cpa network, giftcards, survey for mony, and video games,

how can i get affiliates that can generate more than 1000 hits a week,

or how can i get affiliates that are good, so far im getting 1.9% profit rate.

Can someon help me get good affiliates? Where do i get them? Should i hire a recruiting service?

I hate to come off sounding rude, but if you communicate with your affiliates as poorly as you have in this post, you will never gain any confidence in your program our your ability as an affiliate manager. There are well over a dozen errors in your message here, including many spelling errors.

You will really need to work on this before you go any further.

For more reasons that what I listed. They have the experience, the communication skills and often a pool of affiliates. Unless you know what you are doing, you may be just wasting your time and energy.
