The main secret to loose your weight is to spend more than you getting. I mean calories. Few years ago, before I divorced, I had the high professional specialist in this issue. I mean to spend much more money than I getting Now I'm free and have to learn this art by myself ::
Here , in Ukraine, is a perfect soup may be it's not looks like a soup, but everybody eat as a first dish: BORSHCH.

I bet you never ate such delicious soup or whatever you call it

It's really something !

Now I know why russians don't let Ukraine go to Europe. They hate to loose BORSHCH !

Or VARENIKI... this is the kind of a big... no. ... huge raviloli with various kind of stuffing...
