I am not a big fan of the owner of that site or a person who uses several different names. I know you as Bagi Zoltan, I will be suprised and confused if you start calling yourself John Smith in 3 Months time.
That has been my experience with the owner of that site, I don't quite know who I am dealing with.
He also want you to pay for about 1 year in advance, not assurance it will be PR7 in one year. Most PR7 and PR8 link I buy, I pay montly, if the site loses PR, I pay less, it it gains PR i pay more.
