Hiring SEO'ers in Dubai

Hi all,

Just hoping to solicit some advise as to where the best recruitment sites would be to post recruitment listings for really good SEO'ers. i have a few vacansies out here in Dubai for a new SEO company and we need really experienced experts sick of the UK who would like to live and work in a sunnier climate.
Are there any other really hot SEO forums?
Any advise would be really welcome.

SEO agencies are still pretty new to Dubai. However, the general consensus is to offer same as UK salary's, Tax free plus bonuses. we are also open to giving away some equity in the company as a long term incentive. we are offering $80,000 for the Head of Search Position and $58,000 for the Technical Search Manager, plus visa's, quarterly bonus, and all benefits.
