I would point out that the 100% uptime in this case is only calculated from 85 days worth of data. That doesn't really tell you anything at all - my desktop PC has been up for longer than that before. What you need to do to determine uptime is take at least a year's worth of data - ideally several years. Also be very wary of anyone claiming 100% uptime - this is pretty infeasible. Everybody has to reboot their routers occasionally for security patches and that sort of thing. The most you can really expect is five nines (ie 99.999%) uptime - if my maths is right this comes to about 8 hours of downtime in a 365 day period.
