how to overcome from Google penguin?? It effect my website very badly.

Google had only penlaized your website,not taken it from you,re-work on it,remove all those things which were unrelated to the website or which may spams your site,whether it is contents or links and after it put fresh and unique contents only also with quality backlinks and no paid link for few time further.
