How do you build YOUR mobile sites?

Im curious to know how everyone builds there mobile site and landing pages

apps? scripts? software?

right now im using Minute Mobile Mockups.
but im sure there are other tools.

I use jQueryMobile. For WordPress blogs I use WPTouch. Here are some articles + a free lander

WPTouch is just a plugin right? So it doesn't actually convert your style it just shows a user the mobile version?

Yeah, exactly. I use WPTouch as well .

I haven't mobile version of my site yet, and that's awful. Planning to optimize it, maybe with WPTouch.
