How do you track how many clicks you have?

I know Google Search Console and Google Analytics, but I have users telling me they found my site through yahoo and bing. Is there a one-stop-shop where I can track everything?

Website tracking and CPA tracking are totally different animals
--exception being is that some of the metrics you want to measure might be similar.

One stop shop?
No: for instance Google-Analytics won't directly track referrals by SERPs and Positions however Google search statistics will show this in aggregate form. You need to deduce some of the big picture.

Most public web statistics will not give you user identifiable information --your own tracking can when programming is combined with some social engineering.

In the old days, search engines referred traffic to your site with the keywords the person used
--in the URL and in plain text --so you knew what pages worked well with what searches.
Then the encryption hysteria started --this was a big loss for everyone IMHO.

I track incoming links with Semrush.com
There are many other SEO tools also Ahrefs.com & Moz.com good ones

Below are the steps for finding out how manypeople clicked your tracking links.

1. Log into your Google Analytics account.
2. Click on the appropriate website profile. ...
3. Click "All Web Site Data." You will be taken to your analytics dashboard showing you an overview of your website activity.

Yahoo and Bing referrals will have referrals in your server logs.
They will NOT include keywords but the page requested is in that log entry ($string).
server_log_path/access.log is where they are located.
Cpanel as I recall has a 'logs icon' that leads there.

All these do is scrape other sites for links to your site --I ban them just for sport because they are scrapers
