You mean what keyword (keyphrase) is better for each device then for each offer?
Maybe, copy the most commonly used CPC (adwords|bing ads) used they did a lot of research and trial and error.
Use Google Trends, use some of the keyword SaaS (software as a service) sites like Semrush. Buy an Alexa Pro subscription -- they will list websites (related to what you are doing by the )

Generally, I would think that for reason of nature of mobile devices: short easy to pronounce, or easily typed, keywords would be best. Longer keyphrases would be able to target Desktop better.
