Welcome .Firstly devide your goal by small steps ,firstly aim to achieve 3k monthly as an example .Then aim for 10k .Making 10k monthly its not an easy job even if you see so many programs where promise you 300$ daily working 3 hours per day
If you want to achive this amount ,you need to be persistent every day like in a real job ,every time when you miss some days of working its like starting again .Also the most important step its to build an email list from scratch
