Hi,
create an effective newsletter campaign is not always easy, right? We put together 5 basic rules to make your newsletter catchy and helpful to bring the best conversation rate. These are the basic principles:

1. Newsletter set up- think about your audience and the goal you want to achieve. Don`t forget to include links, images, catchy headline...
2. Consistency - it's very important to choose the day & time for your emails and make it regular. Also note, there are different strategies between B2B and B2C.
3. Type of content - Find a right balance in order to keep the readers interested. "Too much of everything" means too much. Don't spam your readers with useless, uninteresting post.
4. Segmentation - try to personalize sending information based on position, industry etc...
5. Responsive Design - make sure your newsletters are adapted to all kind of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

If you want to learn more about each of these principles visit our blog post (link below).
Hope it helps! ;):affiliatefix:

I've been doing newsletters for years and this is good info. Hope the members pick up on this. Once you develop a good following with really great newsletter content, you will have a wonderful responsive traffic pattern from them.

I'm glad to see you mentioned that there are different strategies between B2B and B2C. Many overlook this. It's an extremely important point!

Good helpful information here. :)

I would add something that goes along with #2 and that is that it is always best to test different days and times to find out which provides the best conversions/responses/etc. or whatever you are trying to achieve.

This can be especially helpful when going into different niches then you might have been in prior.
