Hi, I collect email leads in squeeze page and then I send them to CrakRevenue smartlink. I don't know where can I find good offers for small non English country ? I searched for offers in Croatian but I can't find many. What will be the best approach to monetize that email leads?

Have you tried CPAGrip? They have offers for all locations. I think smartlink redirects all users in any location to the right offer. That's why it's called SmartLink. Correct me if I am wrong.
