How to share internet connection?

Is it possible to share my unlimited data from my Galaxy S8 with a larger monitor and keyboard, or possibly a laptop? I am 62, disabled, and would like to try this. I am very technology illiterate.

What is the speed on your galaxy s8? If it is in mbps you can share by adding a device ,entering a key.If the speed on mobile is very slow then waste of using on them.You can also share internet through router easily through network.
