I hope you understand what I wrote and thank you in advance.

Hello and welcome, Fihri.

I decided to work on Google's and quora methods ...

So, you're doing content marketing, using SEO for organic traffic? Driving traffic to your site/blog by answering questions on Quora?

Is there a problem posting links in forums and groups ...etc?

Sure, in most forums it's a problem, it's not allowed as far as I know, at least in posts. Maybe in your signature or profile/about page. Re groups, I don't know. Always read the TOS (<ours) for any groups or forums that you join. That will give you your answer for each site.

The problem now is that I dont have money to start with

Lots of people have that issue when starting out. It's not impossible but it will require lots of time and work. Once you make/raise enough money, it's a good idea to start with paid advertising to complement those SEO efforts, if that's the path you decide to continue on.

For free methods, you can do content marketing, social media marketing, video marketing. Those are the main ones, I think. If you plan to build a brand, make sure that you're visible. By that, I mean either yourself (if you're branding your name) or your website or blog.

What do you recommend to me start on this site :What should I avoid and what I should do?

I always like to recommend that newbies start here:
WIKI (START HERE) (lingo/terminology, definitions, tools you need, starting your first campaign, etc.)

DO study and learn
DO plan and prepare
DO take action
DO ask questions
DO put in the effort

DON'T be lazy
DON'T be afraid to change course if necessary
DON'T forget to use a tracker
DON'T expect overnight success
DON'T give up
DON'T be shy about asking questions

There are probably more but that's enough for now. :D

First, thank you very much for this rich advice.
As for your question: Driving traffic to your site/blog by answering questions on Quora?
blog by answering questions on quora and other forums

Well for forum marketing i dont think you are allowed to post link ,you can get trrafic by link in signature .Quora its also good but you dont need to spam your link or you will be banned ,you need to post 1 time at 10 posts for example .My favourite traffic source its youtube because it ranks fast and its converting very well .I would suggest you to work hard with free trrafic and the income tou earn invest in paid traffic and be sure to build an email list
