How to Update iOS of iPhone 6

i m trying to update my iOS in iOS10. but my Iphone is not allowing me??
what should i do ??

Hi Jenifer,
You can do it very simply.Install iTunes on your computer (if you haven't got it).Sign in iTunes and then connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer.Launch iTunes and click your iPhone/iPad in the menu bar. Choose "Check for update".
