How to view mobile offers?

Need help finding a better way to view mobile offers.

I tried these and they haven't worked out to well. Might work sometimes but most of the time it doesn't work.

or do a google search for "user agent switcher" and install an add-on

you can go through snapdeal,amazon,filpkart app.by this app you will get easily...

You can use a google chrome feature (options for developers menu->tool for developer and choose the mobile device you want to emulate)
