Yes, there is a lot of useful information here, and if I want to learn something new or important, I immediately remember about this forum and immediately rejoice that I have everything I need!
Would also recommend Code academy; they have a free HTML/CSS course which is really helpful for people who've never made a website with HTML and CSS before.
