I have a problem with Windows 10, please help?

I have installed windows 10 support in my office..
at that time I am getting network issue..
it means network adapters problem.. when I reinstall the network adapters it will work 10-15 minute, again it showing same problem .
please give a suggestion for this problem as soon as possible and suggest windows support.
