I have problems with Creating account in CPAlead

Hello,

I just register CPAlead but when I filled in all my information such email,phone number which is verified etc. After clicking "submit",the page go back to get-started page instead of moving ahead.

I tried few times but all failed.

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

I'm newbie and I thank you for taking your time to read this and appricate your help.
