If you don't really know what you are doing --that $100 will most likely be the down-payment on your advertising filtering learning curve.
The ad type and format has A LOT to do with what you are trying to market (the niche).
I would find 3 different offers to start with, then make some bridge pages first before buying any ads for the offers.
Find a tracker to use --even on a free trial basis and learn how to use it.
Once that is done see if any of them 'clicks' and shows some reasonable promise.
