I really want to create one mega-site (in which I'm working on now) and slap adsense on it. However, working a full-time job and having a few clients on the side (doing SEO for them) - I don't have a lot of time.

Anyway, I thought I'd do this - but thought I would pass this along to you guys first and see what you think:

I was thinking about getting one or two writers to write about a subject that they really loved. I would take that content - optimize it - and then put adsense on most pages. I would then split the adsense money that I get with the writer(s).

Anything wrong with that? Would Google frown upon this?

I don't think there's any violation there.

Some forums openly advertise AdSense revenue sharing where the more you post the more you get (e.g., Digital point has been doing this for years).
