Considering that the .com version is a parked domain that is available for sale at godaddy; and
the redirect to HTTPS from a HTTP request is not working,
The server in in Rotterdam,
I would assume that tru-meds is just a bunch of trouble and stay away.
Just an opinion based on what I see ...
