Is it hard to be a designer?

I want to know how to go about becoming a good designer.

• Take some study courses on design and UX (user experience) if you are talking about web design work. It is a very complex subject.
• Then there is the coding aspect to learn with regard to web pages or more inclusively, website or platform planning.
• If you are talking about display ad creatives: That is more graphic arts and understanding marketing concepts.
