Welcome to UK webmaster world, I will suggest you choose an industry you are familiar with, if you are hoping to go out of the industry you are familiar with then a thorough research like the one you are doing now is the first step, if you are investing a considerable amount in your new venture you should put some money aside to pay professionals to go through the business you are buying to ensure the books and the claims made by the vendor about the business is correct.
