Journey log:[HELP ME] Mobile site for app downloads with leverage of huge email list

I am new to affiliate marketing.

I will focus on TWO websites [with different domains, same content, same niche in order to be prepared to deal with IP damage due to email marketing, domain n2 will be the one which will recieve only active email users in order to develop sustainable business] and it will be optimized for mobile use since it's purpose is for users to download recommended apps with affiliate offer.

I might need some [HELP] on the way, since I need to pick an appropriate template [preferably such that is optimized for mobile app installs] and pick networks which include email marketing offers.

I have an updated and cared for email list of 600,000 users from mobile game developer which focuses on sports games (NBA, Football,NFL, branded FC). The list includes location, language they use, model phone they use and buyer segemntation (non-payer, whales, dolphins, minnows). I have a running and reliable email marketing software with plenty experience in creating optimized email campaigns.

Email lists can be used to create FB and Instagram ads either through automation tool on various groups or through paid ads when revenue flows since it can be used to create buyer custom audience which drives CPA rates and lowers cost per.

[The biggest problem I have is to find a running example of a website which works on principles of what I have described above. Can anyone propose ideas to help me start this venture? Which techniques except paid mobile media buy should I use? Recommending any networks?]

Are you building sites to be content sites, or are you building landing pages for offers you are planning to promote?

Looks as though you have a handle on email promotions, what types of offers have you promoted in the past?

I am thinking I look to create landing pages for offers as my ultimate goal would be to enter mobile media buy, but I would like to raise enough funds to do it properly. Thanks for asking - I keep forgetting this when I focus on this site as I still want it to become my passive income not just over-day email cashing in. So my struggle is either build steady passive income website or current offer landing pages, correct? I would prefer to go for money raising with landing pages for email campaigns.

Campaigns were used to send other mobile games or to promote events connected to the games they were playing. All of these were somehow "sports" connected. But I am sure gaming products, mobile apps, betting offers would work really good on these. Usual open rate was 12% with CTR being around 3%. What do you think?

Okay, so if you want to go with promoting offers with landing pages, in most niches you can create the opportunity for the visitor to add themselves to your email list. Typically, the emails collected from landing pages are very specific to their niches, so sending them offers through email will need to be highly targeted to the demographic used to build the list.
