I tried to add funds using debit cards, non of them are working. They said that they are not accept cards from my country(sri lanka). Any suggestions guys.

PayPal isn't fully supported to our country.

as you can see juicyads payment methods is credit card, paypal, paxum, wire, bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum is JuicyAds and those Payment methods doesnt support your country then there is nothing to do about it.
