Affiliates Wanted Kenya: billable + non-billable users offers at WapEmpire

Hi all!

As you probably know, at WapEmpire we see Africa as one of our most profitable destinations, and Kenya is an absolute leader of the region (we already posted some recommendation on Africa here).

Carriers
If you have a choice, pick Safaricom - this one will show the highest CR and ECPM.
Orange and Airtel convert with our offers too, but not as brilliant as Safaricom.

OS
Most of traffic will be coming from Android, but Feature phone show slightly higher CR and makes altogether about 20% of KE traffic, so don't ignore it.

Offers
You will hardly find any hardcore adult offer for Kenya at WapEmpire. Most of them are entraining content subscriptions, some are categorized 'sexy'.
One specific thing about Kenyan offers is that we divide them into 2 groups: billable users offers and billable + non-billable users offers. The difference is rather obvious: subscription fee is obligatory for the first group and optional for the second. The second one converts better,usually, but payout for the first one is always higher. Both of them are worth trying, though.

Kenya is still one of the best African countries for mobile marketing. The most interesting thing about it is that there are two types of offers here, both performing really good.
The first one is classical paid service subscription. The second can work even with users not willing to pay. If you see 'billable users' (or nothing), the offers is type 1. If you see 'billable and non-billable users', it is type 2. Type 1 payout rates are higher than type 2, but type 2 can bring you more conversions.
Which of them to test? Both, we vote!
