It started out as sarcasm and critique of both Kim and Pootin's stupidity and malice but now Putin has gone too far by acquiescing or encouraging war crimes. The Russian Ministry's denial and retort that what has happened is 'Fake News' is just too damn much.
I really don't know what will be the outcome but Chechnya and Syria were harbingers of this atrocity and the rest of the world did nothing but spit out words of damnation then carried on as usual --so here we are again.
