I just found this mentioned at Reddit and installed the LINUX version
there are Win-64, Mac and a beta Android versions also

This looks pretty good and does both raster and vectors

I actually want to try it sometime. When I worked in a promotional products office, I sometimes had to edit vector images in Coreldraw. Not sure I remember how but maybe it's like riding a bicycle. Either way, I'll give it a go.

It is a bit confusing but I have not really taken the time to learn the dialogs and configurations.
