Have you tested them?
Autoplay video, above the fold form submit (it's on A) make it stand out a bit, at first I haven't noticed it.
Too much text that is hard to see, ignore menu why distract user. That's my first thought.
Plus if you want to do it in PPV with direct linking you need to check what sizes are supported by network
