Launched new affiliate program, how do I get the word out and recruit?

ok, new here, just signed on so I hope I don't violate any rules. My company was contracted to implement an affiliate program for a new product designed to prevent texting and driving in order to save lives. 6,000 people die each year from distracted driving and cell phone use is the number one cause, especially with teens. So, I want to recruit people to promote this product, earn money, and increase awareness of the dangers of the practice of texting while driving. I would greatly appreciate it.
