Launching a SaaS AI tool, tinkering around affiliate programs

Hi there,
I'm launching an AI tool this week called MagicFormat, it's a productivity assistant for anything data related (generation, augmentation, extraction, formatting...).
As this is also my first time trying out an affiliate program, I'm eager to have some advice / recommendations.

There is too much free stuff out there or very low cost now.
What is your value proposition going to be?

1. Data secure shells
2. Specialty optimization

How are you going to capture a market share --even if it is 0.05%?

I think if you are just feeding text into the ChatGPT4 monster there is very little value to be had of an exclusive nature.

You will have a tough row to hoe with a SaaS for AI:
Hugging Face – The AI community building the future. has it probably already. Most of what I have seen is just cobbled together from plugin apis.
