Lead Gen Selling

Hi guys, I'm a newbie in this market. I have a list of aged + realtime leads, including 4 basic information name, email, phone and address. Some are exclusive but some non.
Can you guys kindly let me know how to sell just these 4 information in your experience?

If the leads are for professional, home or property services, mortgages, insurance there are many sellers that also buy (broker) try a search engine.
If they are other --be specific.

If you have quantity and consistency in some area you might be able to sell direct to the users of the leads.

If you are selling these as leads, then they need to be niche specific to be considered a lead, otherwise all you have is a list. You will be asked by any buyer to provide far more information about the list such as are they soi or doi, what is the niche, how old they are, has the list been scrubbed, etc., etc....
